How long will it take for the order to be shipped after I place it?

The order will be shipped within 48 hours of being placed. You will receive confirmation of the same via WHATSAPP and E-mail on your registered Contact number & E-mail address.

How can I keep track of my order?

After the order is dispatched, a confirmation WHATSAPP & email are sent to your registered Contact number & email address, along with the Courier details (Courier Company Name and Tracking ID) that can be used to track your order online.

What if I am unable to be present at the time of delivery?

If you are not available at the time of delivery, you can always ask us to reschedule your delivery or let us know if you want your order delivered to a neighbour, friend, or someone else.

Do I get a discount if I place a large number of orders?

Yes, you can request a quote by clicking on the 'Request a Quote' button if you want to place bulk orders at discounted rates.

What if I can't find the item I'm looking for?

If you cannot find the right product from the product categories we offer with the specifications you require, please contact us so that we may assist you.

Do the products go through a quality check before they are shipped?

All products are subjected to a thorough Quality Check at our warehouse prior to dispatch. After the Quality Check, the products are packed and shipped from our warehouse.

Can I give specific instructions for the order's delivery?

Yes, you can provide delivery instructions (for example, who should deliver your order in your absence, delivery time, etc.) by calling us or mentioning your request in the Remarks section at the Checkout.

What about after-sales service?

KCI provides quality service with an expert team for all types of agricultural machinery, and our team will provide a complete solution within a week.

How long will it take to attend the service/file a complaint?

All service/complaints registered through our website will be routed immediately to our team, where our executive will contact you and provide the best solution.
